A new commercial office building constructed in the fashionable Auckland Viaduct business district. Ground floor contains some retail.

CLIENT:      KITCHENER GROUP

ROLE:         PROJECT PLANNER

An iconic Victorian industrial site built circa 1880 that is being refurbished by the present owners as a top end visitor – retail centre.  It is similar in nature to “The Rocks “ at Sydney Harbour. The project is nearing completion.

 

The site is located in the heart of the Auckland Central Business district adjacent to Victoria Park – one of Auckland’s premier parks and comprises a city block.

A multi story Residential Apartment building and hotel development – known as ‘The President Plaza” and located overlooking the Viaduct Harbour in Auckland’s inner city waterfront district.

Role:         Project Planner

A 15,000m2 “Big – Box”  Retail Business Centre on a 1.5 hectare site located at Mt Wellington Auckland New Zealand.  Located on the Mt. Wellington Highway a busy 6 lane accessway to the industrial and commercial part of Auckland.

 

Comprises 13 large format tenancies for such tenants as ‘Anaconda’ and large scale whiteware products and electronics.  Constructed and completed 2011.
